According to Sandra Ababio, an encounter with Lil Win in 2014 influenced her foray into real estate.

In an interview with Emelia Brobbey, the Kumawood star who cut her teeth under Lil Win's mentorship, said she used to live in a chamber and hall apartment with several others.

However, Lil Win, on seeing her distressing situation in 2014, urged her to focus on landed properties rather than splurging on expensive accessories.

"Lil Win told me he was not impressed with where I live. He showed me the strategy he uses to gradually build his houses with the little money he gets from acting. When he left, I realised that what he was saying was sensible, so I bought a land in 2015 and completed it in 2016," Sandra Ababio said.
"In 2016, I did one (house) in Amasaman. From there, I went to Prampram. And that's how it started," she added.

Despite the ongoing rumours about her relationship with Lil Win, the actress maintains that she learned a lot from him and harbours no regret.
