Chef Abbys cooks for Jeremy Doku

The winger for Premier League club Manchester City, who also has roots in Ghana, paid his first visit to the country in 17 years.

As part of his visit, renowned food blogger Chef Abbys has the opportunity to cook for Doku and his beautiful family.

The meals they enjoyed were samosas and a well-prepared waakye that was garnished in an earthenware bowl.

Jeremy Doku had the opportunity to have the first bite, and after taking a bite of the crunchy samosa, he talked about how tasty it was.

In the video, he was seen dishing waakye into an earthenware bowl with the assistance of Chef Abbys. From his reaction, one could tell that the footballer enjoyed the meal.

Jeremy Doku gets Ghanaian passport

YEN.com.gh also reported that Manchester City winger Jeremy Doku officially obtained a Ghanaian passport, further deepening his connection to his roots. Born in Belgium to Ghanaian parents, the 23-year-old footballer qualified for a passport by descent.
