Ghanaian dancehall superstar Shatta Wale lashed out at his detractors after his purple Lamborghini, ordered from the United States, finally arrived in Ghana.

The musician announced in June 2025 that he had ordered a second Lamborghini to add to his yellow one in his impressive fleet of cars.

Shatta Wale's Lamborghini arrived at the Tema port on Tuesday, August 19, and was seen being offloaded from its container to be transported to the musician’s house.

In videos shared on social media in the evening of August 19, Shatta Wale was seen with his new Lamborghini at his mansion.

The musician was in an excited mood as his manager and other associates presented the car to him.

Wale laughed and lashed out at his detractors, declaring that the car had been purchased with money made from his music career.

Shatta Wale jabs Stonebwoy after Lamborghini's arrival

After getting behind the wheel of his new car, Shatta Wale shared a coded message aimed at his biggest music rival, Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy.

In May, the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) seized Shatta’s yellow Lamborghini after it was linked to a jailed Ghanaian in the United States who dealt in stolen cars.

Shatta Wale publicly announced the seizure in July and slammed EOCO for targeting him.

In the wake of his disclosure, Stonebwoy said the seizure proved his assertion that Shatta is a ‘settings man’, indicating that the wealth he flaunts is not truly real.

Shatta Wale hit back at Stonebwoy after his purple Lamborghini arrived, asking him and other musicians to work hard to match his level of wealth.

"If Ghanaian musicians will work hard, let them work hard and let us all survive like this. Sometimes when you people doubt me, it makes me feel bad. This is all about hard work. It's been 25 years hustling and working like this.” he said.

Shatta Wale also thanked his fans for their constant support and asked fans of other artists to provide them with similar support so they can also make money like him.

Shatta Wale dropped from American music festival

Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that Shatta Wale was dropped from the Afrofest music festival amid his EOCO saga.

Wale was slated to perform at the 2025 edition of the Afro+ Fest in Washington, DC.
