Ralph St. Williams denies Ridge Hospital's claims
However, Ralph St. Williams responded to allegations of assault, describing the nurse as a pretender.
He denied attacking the nurse, stating that the woman showed no evidence of being assaulted when he was leaving the hospital.
"This is funny and painful, where we have such a system that allows people to pretend and lie. Everyone who is sensible and smart, when they watch this video, will know the girl was pretending and acting.
"At what point did I hit you? At what point did I, Ralph, touch you? Every time people do this. We are fixing the system, and we will do everything to fix it. I am not afraid in any way. The majority of people have experienced this. They are doing this to cover their nonsense, irresponsibility, and negligence."

"Those saying he did not beat any nurse on duty, is that how a nurse or person at work should be treated? We all saw how he threw his hands at the nurse. Let’s take the political lens out."

"So is that the part that broke the nurse’s arm? 😂😂😂😂😂 I mean the one she used to accept the 800gh and phone."
Charles Osei Prempeh said:
"He had no right to video the patients in the first place because that was an abuse of patients' rights. Assault can be verbal or physical. Somewhere, his action can be considered a second-degree felony."
Eric Manteaw said:
"So the guy is still walking freely, the health service must act to prevent such things from happening again. With that touch, I just saw it’s an assault."
