Omane Boamah helps physically challenged boy
Before his death, Dr Omane Boamah sponsored a young physically challenged boy identified as Setor to undergo life-changing surgery.
9-year-old Setor gained viral attention after videos of him walking to school with the aid of a plastic chair due to his physical disability surfaced online.

Boy Omane Boamah helped stopped from funeral
During the state funeral held for Dr Omane Boamah and the other deceased crash victims, Setor appeared to pay his respects and mourn his benefactor.
However, he was denied access to the event as he wasn’t on the protocol list.
Bones Man TV shared the information on social media and said it had left Setor heartbroken.
"We are here some. Although protocols didn’t allow us but I know wherever Dr Omane Boamah's soul is will be very Happy Seeing Setor Today. Setor has been very Sad since we came, but I am happy the little boy was able to pay his last respect. RIP Dr Omane Boama❤️" he wrote.

Speaking with YEN.com.gh, gender and social activist Fusena Aziz described the decision to deny Setor access as 'unfair'.
"Denying little Setor access to the funeral of someone who transformed his life feels unfair. It is only natural that he wanted to say goodbye to the man he saw as a helper and a father figure. Funerals are not just for mourning the dead, but also for giving the living closure, and excluding Setor deprived him of that important moment," she said.
Aziz added a consoling message to little Setor to stay strong.
"Even though you weren’t allowed to bid him goodbye, your gratitude and love reached him. The way you carry yourself henceforth and the way you live your life is the greatest tribute you can ever give him. Cheer up, my dear," she said.
