The founder of PAC Academy, Inusah Ahmed, known in football circles as Pascal, has been sent to the United States to face serious fraud charges.
Ahmed is accused of playing a key role in a criminal network that allegedly stole more than $100 million through romance scams and other fraudulent schemes.

PAC Academy owner and others extradited
On June 13, 2025, a coordinated operation between Interpol and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) led to the arrest of Ahmed and two other Ghanaian businessmen, Isaac Kofi Oduro Boateng, widely known as Kofi Boat, and Derrick Van Yeboah.
Their extradition took place on August 8. They are set to appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert W. Lehrburger.
“The defendants have been brought to the United States to be held accountable for their alleged roles in scamming companies and vulnerable Americans out of over $100 million,” said FBI Assistant Director in Charge Christopher G. Raia.
If found guilty of the charges of wire fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy, each faces up to 20 years in prison.
While these three are now in US custody, a fourth suspect remains at large.
He is identified as Patrick Kwame Asare, also called Borga, who managed to evade capture during the June operation. Security agencies are still searching for him.
